Estimates and quotes
Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. If conditions turn out to differ once work begins — hidden damage, previously unknown code issues, or equipment that differs from what was visible — we will stop, explain the difference, and get your approval before continuing. Nothing is performed without your approval.
Scheduling
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window and to tell you promptly if that changes. Emergency calls, weather, and job conditions can affect scheduling.
Warranties
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf where applicable. Labor warranty terms are provided in writing with your invoice or proposal. Warranty coverage can be affected by lack of maintenance, unauthorized modification, or work performed by others.
