If your house is cool but feels sticky, the thermostat isn't the problem. We measure return-air wet bulb, temperature split, and humidity to find the actual cause — an oversized system, low fan speed, a dirty coil, or ductwork pulling humid attic air in — instead of selling you a box and hoping.
What's included
- Humidity and airflow actually measured
- Whole-home dehumidifier sizing and installation
- Air purification installed in the ductwork
- UV lights to control growth on the coil
- Filtration that fits your system's airflow
- Honest answer when equipment won't fix it
Why it's different here
Louisiana's climate is hard on equipment. Systems run more hours a year than they do almost anywhere else in the country, humidity is a year-round load rather than a summer one, and attics reach temperatures that punish ductwork. Work that's "good enough" in a dry climate doesn't hold up here — which is why we measure rather than estimate, and why every visit leaves you with the readings in writing.
